You'll be able to play Volleyball in Nintendo Switch Sports.
Can you remember when the Nintendo Wii came out? It was over 15 years ago-in 2006-and was the brand's best-selling console until the Switch took that honor in 2021. And if you had a Wii, we're 99.9% sure that you likely spent hours playing Wii Sports. It could have been baseball, tennis or (the fan-favorite) bowling, but considering it was included with the console, you likely at least give it a spin.
Now that the Wii is no longer supported, if you often find yourself thinking back to those days and wishing you could relive them, we have the game for you. Nintendo Switch Sports releases on April 29th and is a modern take on the classic for the Switch.
In Switch Sports, you'll be able to play soccer, volleyball, bowling, tennis, badminton and chambara (a sword-playing game). How? You'll use the Switchs' Joy-Cons by kicking, swinging, spiking, bowling, and more. You can even 'kick' soccer balls with the leg strap accessory. You'll find that while the sports are similar, Nintendo has super-charged the graphics and gameplay.
This title 'E for ten and up', making it a family time must-have. You'll be able to play with family and friends in the same room, and with a Nintendo Switch Online Subscription, you'll be able to play with friends or family from afar.
Nintendo Switch Sports is up for preorder now for $49.99 from Amazon, and even though this game hasn't been released yet, that hasn't stopped it from becoming the number one best seller in Amazon's Nintendo Switch Games.
